Payments are final

Rednet subscriptions and reports are not refundable. Access starts as soon as you pay, and you can cancel at any time.

Cancelling

Cancel from the link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Your legal rights

This policy does not take away any right you have under the law where you live. Paddle.com, our merchant of record, handles any such request under the Paddle refund policy.
