One buyer or one supplier across every award it appears in, spellings and national ids merged into one entity. kind=buyer: spend by year, who it buys from, how contested its awards are, what it buys, contracts ending soon. kind=supplier: where it wins, from whom, against how many offers, consortium partners, contracts ending soon. country narrows the match.
