Who wins a market, and which buyers keep coming back?

Who wins a market: top winners and repeat buyers by number of awards and by value, and the average number of offers per award. Scope it by CPV prefix, buyer country and topic words.

Winners are resolved entities: consortia are split, spellings and subsidiaries are linked on national id and name, and every link carries its reason. Values count each lot once, shared between the winners that repeat it.
